ChampionLifeCRM Terms of Service Effective Date: October 25, 2024
Welcome to ChampionLifeCRM (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ChampionLifeCRM platform, located at https://championlifecrm.com, and any of its features, services, subdomains, and applications (collectively, the “Service” or “Platform”).
By signing up for and using ChampionLifeCRM, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use the Service. By signing up, you affirm that you meet these criteria and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share access to your account and will be held responsible for all actions taken under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for behavior we deem abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
All CRM infrastructure, including but not limited to:
Workflows
Automations
Pipelines
Forms
Funnels
Emails
SMS templates
Triggers
Campaigns
Integrations
Custom development
Visual assets
Setup systems
...are proprietary and remain the sole property of ChampionLifeCRM.
You are licensing access to use our CRM platform and systems during your paid subscription. You do not own or retain the right to transfer, duplicate, export, or replicate any part of our intellectual property — including systems, setups, automations, workflows, or account architecture — if you cancel your subscription.
There is no “CRM migration” or “handover” upon cancellation. We do not assist in cloning our systems into another CRM or allow any extraction of IP we’ve built or provided.
You may cancel your account within 24 hours of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel within 24 hours and your card has not been charged yet, we will process your cancellation with no charge.
If your subscription payment has already been processed (including recurring monthly fees), no refunds will be issued. Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated.
There are no prorated refunds for unused time, features, or system limitations.
Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all CRM features, automations, systems, and workflows. These are not transferable and cannot be replicated or migrated into another system. ChampionLifeCRM does not support cloning, exporting, or handing over proprietary IP.
If you cancel your subscription, we reserve the right to delete your data 30 days after the end of your billing cycle. If you wish to return at a later date, a reactivation or setup fee may apply.
All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are listed on your invoice or subscription confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption or cancellation without notice.
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, ChampionLifeCRM makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the platform or any specific features. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.
We are not liable for loss of revenue, clients, or data during any downtime or feature unavailability.
ChampionLifeCRM integrates with Twilio to provide phone and SMS capabilities. You are fully responsible for all messaging content, compliance, and activities conducted through your Twilio account or any messaging feature enabled through our platform.
Any nefarious, illegal, or non-compliant use of SMS, voice calls, or similar communication tools — including but not limited to spam, unsolicited marketing, or violations of TCPA — is solely your responsibility. ChampionLifeCRM is not liable for damages, legal actions, or fines resulting from your misuse.
You also agree that any misuse of Twilio services resulting in blacklisting, account bans, or legal inquiries is your sole responsibility and does not reflect the actions, intentions, or policies of ChampionLifeCRM.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Send deceptive, abusive, or non-compliant messages
Circumvent or reverse-engineer platform logic or features
Use shared login credentials across multiple unrelated businesses
Abuse system resources or conduct high-frequency actions that impair platform performance
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts involved in any prohibited activities.
You may export contact records and communication history using the tools available in the CRM.
However, the following may not be exported, cloned, or replicated:
Automations
Workflows
Pipelines
Campaigns
Forms and Funnels
Triggers and Custom Fields
All infrastructure created or shared via ChampionLifeCRM remains non-transferable and proprietary.
You are not entitled to clone, download, or take with you any of the infrastructure or automation tools used within ChampionLifeCRM.
ChampionLifeCRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChampionLifeCRM, its team, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws while using the platform, including but not limited to data privacy, SMS regulations, marketing consent requirements, and use of third-party tools.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida. You waive any objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
